Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compilation
- Proven track record of securing federal quantum research grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, ion trap)
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
