Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen computing architectures
- Secure $5M+ in federal and private research funding
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable commercial prototypes
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (10+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum decoherence
- Expertise in IBM Q Experience and Microsoft Quantum Development Kit
- Proven track record of securing DOE/NIST grants
- Deep knowledge of topological qubit systems
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers
