Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize classical-quantum machine learning models
- Lead research on topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Publish findings in Nature Physics/Quantum journals
- Guide junior researchers through quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Partner with hardware teams to validate theoretical models
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Publication record in quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Proficiency in Python with scientific computing libraries
- Experience with quantum annealing (D-Wave systems)
