- Lead candidate evaluation through technical assessments and quantum programming challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with leading quantum research institutions
- Optimize recruitment workflows using quantum computing HR analytics

Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruitment with quantum/AI/ML specialization
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
