Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for commercial applications in cryptography and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Architect scalable quantum networks with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in topological quantum computing or quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly language programming
- Proven track record of leading quantum algorithm development projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
