Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable systems, ensuring high availability and performance under load.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical project management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or product launches.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is highly desirable.
