Responsibilities
- Define and lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems that can handle exponential growth and emerging data loads.
- Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure migrations and digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
