Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and data architecture.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product workflows.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing MLOps infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, MLflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
