- Collaborate with AI teams to create quantum-machine learning hybrid systems
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature conferences
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents and research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration and control systems
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into executable engineering roadmaps
