Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected qubit systems
- Translate theoretical quantum models into production-ready hardware specifications
- Collaborate with AI divisions to create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing hardware or software architecture
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum error correction
- Track record of securing quantum computing patents or major research grants
