Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Design error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum chip integration protocols
- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Lead quantum software development initiatives using Qiskit and Cirq
- Present research findings at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
