Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-correction methodologies for practical quantum advantage
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems and quantum interconnects
- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography, material science, and AI optimization
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe transition protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting, photonic, or topological qubit systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D initiatives
