- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenics
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing federal research grants
