- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026+ computing paradigms
- Develop quantum error-correction algorithms achieving 99.99% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks
- Lead cross-continental quantum network optimization projects
- Pioneer novel qubit stabilization techniques using topological materials
- Mentor quantum software engineers in algorithm development
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
