Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures using superconducting and topological qubit systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and implementation
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, ion-trap, etc.)
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure development for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum conferences (QIP, APS March Meeting)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects with $1M+ budgets
- Patents in quantum systems or related technologies preferred
