Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols to secure next-gen data systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and hardware-software integration
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption across enterprise clients
- Collaborate with academic institutions to advance quantum theory and practical implementations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation through hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization tools
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance thresholds
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Strong background in cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography standards
