Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Optimize quantum gate operations with sub-millisecond fidelity targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Establish quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptography
- Develop quantum algorithms for NISQ-era applications
- Present quantum computing roadmap to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience leading R&D teams in high-tech environments
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
