Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for error correction and fault tolerance

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing architecture experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience leading technical teams through full development lifecycles
