Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for industrial-scale systems
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and gate optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum simulation software
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum topics
- Proficiency in high-performance computing architectures (HPC)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
