Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neurotech, climate AI) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech commercialization or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Strong policy/regulatory awareness for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
