- Author policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards committees
- Monitor emerging AI risks and propose mitigation strategies for 2026 implementation horizons
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies and ethical design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI (XAI) techniques
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT, etc.)
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
