Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for cryptography, simulation, and AI applications
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance qubit coherence times
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or trapped ions
- Excellent project management skills for complex R&D initiatives
