Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Develop error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum satellite communication projects
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Author patents for proprietary quantum entanglement methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with IBM Q or Rigetti systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience leading teams with $1M+ R&D budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence phenomena
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
