Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Develop error-correction frameworks to maintain quantum coherence in large-scale systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Create roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and speak at international quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years designing quantum computing architectures or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum concepts into business applications
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
