Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for real-world applications
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of quantum physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop patent-pending quantum algorithms with 10x performance improvements
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor designs
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in complex algorithm design and optimization techniques
- Certification in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography preferred
