Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging QML and quantum annealing principles
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale optimization challenges
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and implementation
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning applications for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IBM Q, D-Wave)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
