Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for commercial applications in cryptography and material science
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop error correction protocols for 100+ qubit processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip architecture
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming principles
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with demonstrated qubit manipulation experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Proven ability to translate quantum concepts to business applications
