Responsibilities
- Architect quantum circuits and algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists

- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Secure $20M+ in research grants through proposal development
- Pioneer quantum-safe encryption standards for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Strong background in machine learning optimization
- Active security clearance preferred
