Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead development of error-corrected quantum processors using topological qubits
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing fundamentals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing venues
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
- Patent portfolio in quantum technologies preferred
