Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for 2026's threat landscape
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on cutting-edge quantum materials
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor a team of 5 quantum engineers in hybrid system optimization
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum error correction methods
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum gate-level programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware interfacing
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for DoD quantum projects
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum cloud platforms
