Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into deployable solutions for industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience leading multi-million dollar research projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Certification in quantum computing architecture from recognized institutions
