Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware engineering
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and simulation frameworks
- Proficiency with Python, Qiskit, and Cirq
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms and quantum error correction
