Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Create technical roadmaps aligning quantum capabilities with 2026 market demands
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
