Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quantum system architecture design for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Drive quantum algorithm development for optimization and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define qubit connectivity requirements
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and computational models
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
