Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum optimization algorithms for logistics and AI

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Author white papers on quantum computing advancements for industry adoption
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum theory and practical implementation
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and Q# programming
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing frameworks (Cirq, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts to commercial applications
- Strong understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant computing
- Security clearance eligibility (required for government contracts)
