Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks optimized for 2026 industry requirements
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization technologies
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Mentor quantum engineers while establishing industry best practices for quantum security protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1,000+ qubit capabilities
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs at international technology forums and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulators
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional quantum research teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Strong background in superconducting qubits, trapped ions, or photonic quantum systems
