Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity for commercial quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- File patents for novel quantum gate designs and measurement techniques
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum benchmarking standards
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic systems and microwave control electronics
