Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for industrial applications
- Implement hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem solving
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to Shor's algorithm attacks
- Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance quantum machine learning models
- Drive innovation in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python/ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
