Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Partner with industry leaders to identify quantum use cases in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Drive quantum hardware-software integration for real-world applications
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at global quantum conferences
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen communications infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and establish quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
