Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration with enterprise cloud platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications and error correction protocols
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience architecting scalable quantum cloud solutions (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in complex systems engineering and high-performance computing
