Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities for 2026 deployment
- Design quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant operations at room temperature
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubit fabrication and coherence optimization
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to future cryptographic attacks
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or supercomputing design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction, qubit coherence, and cryogenic systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and HPC frameworks
