Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in quantum algorithm optimization
- Implement error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on quantum-secure blockchain systems
- Pioneer quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Author technical white papers for peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
