Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Create performance benchmarks for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of leading technical R&D projects
- Excellent communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Passion for solving humanity's grandest challenges
