Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting qubit fabrication or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Track record of leading complex hardware projects from concept to prototype
