Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum error correction for industrial deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum annealing and gate-based systems
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling
- Track record of leading high-stakes technical projects
