What You'll Accomplish:

Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum hardware architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop quantum error-correction frameworks for commercial viability
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning and cryptography
- Partner with quantum software teams on compiler and middleware development
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Drive quantum-cloud integration strategies for hybrid computing environments
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware development projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant roadmap planning
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
