Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Design error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Translate quantum advantage into commercial applications for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
