Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale workloads
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Architect secure quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Establish quantum performance benchmarks and validation protocols
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction methodologies
- Present strategic quantum roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
