Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve NP-hard optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation for 50+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and contribute to open-source quantum SDKs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development and simulation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, APS March Meeting)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
