Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit entanglement and superposition principles
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications in cryptography and AI
- Collaborate with materials scientists to engineer next-generation quantum processors
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum decoherence mitigation
- Track record of leading technical teams through complex development cycles
